- Our current dispatch time is between 2 to 3 working days

- If you need your order sooner, please message me first before purchasing to check if this is possible.

- Each listing shows an estimated delivery date, but please remember this is only an estimate — not guaranteed.

🚚 Delivery Information

- Standard Delivery is sent via 2nd Class
- Express Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Next Day
- Upgrading delivery does not change dispatch time, only how fast your order arrives after posting.
- Once your order has left me, I have no control over postal delays.
- No free upgrades are available.

❌ Cancellations & Returns

- You may request a cancellation within 24 hour of purchase only.
- Returns are accepted only if your card is damaged upon arrival.
- We do not accept returns if you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item.
- If a return is approved, the buyer must cover return postage.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
